Over the last couple of decades, technology has made large strides and we rely on technology for performing our daily activities. An organization can get lost in all of the various components; IT Portfolio Management/Rationalization helps the organization “see” all of its IT assets and make decisions on which can be migrated, combined, or completely replaced. The goal of IT Portfolio Management/Rationalization is to ensure the organization is using IT in the most appropriate way to support their business while lowering costs.

Enterprise architecture (EA) is the design and documentation of the people, processes, and infrastructure of an organization. EA is used to understand and make decisions on the current environment (for instance, to improve processes), and plan for a future state. EA is required for government agencies, but is a solid foundation for any organization. Our EA practice is experienced with various frameworks – including TOGAF and DoDAF – and various tools – including System Architect, Abacus, and Troux. We are passionate about developing Enterprise Architectures that can help an organization and with defined goals in mind.
